I had received a gift for my children, unfortunately they were not the right sizes, on the days indicated I went to change the two overalls but unfortunately they didn't have any items and I repeat no items in the size I needed and despite this they didn't want to give me a voucher for come back when they would have restocked but they simply replied take something for yourself!! Unacceptable. I want to point out that it wasn't sales time. It's a shame because these attitudes push us more and more to buy online I'm sorry to see that you don't even read the reviews since it was specified that it wasn't sales time...

AWESOME!!!! and it's the first time this has happened!!! We are customers who get a new wardrobe when we go, but that doesn't matter!!! We went to exchange a gift, we did a tour to understand what to do and above all to see the sizes, we asked the sales assistants, who were polite, nice and above all attentive in helping us find something that could fit, but unfortunately there are no sizes for the jeans, the sweaters, or the "Colmar" vests and others, at which point I go to the cashier where I kindly ask if it was possible to make a voucher as it was not possible to proceed with the exchange, the answer dry and decisive was: "NO WE CAN'T DO IT GOOD"! A little annoyed we go back to the departments again and try to find something that could at least fit the size, finally a suit hidden among others, miracle!!! We go to the cash register to make this blessed change and when asked if it was possible to make a new change, the checkout clerk with an arrogant and arrogant air replies: "oh no it's not possible" to this answer I reminded her that it was already the according to the "NO" that she communicated to us and that in any case by explaining the situation to her she could perhaps have found a different solution, therefore making a small exception, to this observation the sales assistant begins by telling us "well it seems strange to me that you haven't found anything... Bags, trousers, accessories, with everything we have..." And then I replied "the gift is for him and we should make a change with something feminine??? But do you realise? The problem is not ours which is not we find nothing because we don't like anything, the problem is YOURS that you have neither the sizes, nor the colors, nor the models!!! Your colleagues have helped us in every way to find any "thing", but without find nothing!!! And what's more you can't get vouchers or another exchange!!! At that point the other checkout clerk even intervened, telling us that "these are the directives and we must respect them!". And luckily the customer is always right!!! Perfect, you have lost customers and we will certainly not recommend you to anyone! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
